I'm 5'11" 143lbs, not sure about bf%.. Seeing your stats compared to mine, i can tell you are extremely skinny, and just want to bulk up. I have been in the gym for about 2 months myself, and the gain is slow, but there and i think its due to my diet, well i know. Really just dont eat, kind of starv then binge late at nite.
I mean how many calories are too many. And if you do eat more more more, and work out harder/longer wouldnt that turn into more muscle gain?
Say if you took your calorie intake from 3000 to 5000.. is 5000 just too much?
