Hey guys, listen i was curious, i have got mixed opinions on this, but in reality, i dont see why its a huge issue. I like protein bars, specifically Pure Protein bars, they got 31g protein, 4g sugar, 25 carbs and 300cals and 10g fat. They are a good snack to have say meal 2 in the morning. What do you guys think? i mean usually i would eat 8 oz grilled chicken and 1/2 cup brown rice, but i get the same macro nutrients from this bar.

No. I think it was Fireguy who said it best in a recent (almost identical) thread - if the choice is a protein bar vs. no food at all, eat the protein bar. But it is not a meal replacement.
