    eager to learn everything

How's it goin guys? I've been hitting the gym pretty hard for the last few years on and off. I started out at 19 weighing about 150. Since then I just turned 22 about a month ago and I've been working out religiously for the past 8 months or so. I am now up to 175 fluctuating between 173-180. I would consider myself quite the gnc junky by now, trying many products between creatine to nitric oxide and many different protein and workout formulas. The supplements definitely help but they are in no means making any major progress. I have alot of patience and its about run out. Im tired of spending $100's a month to gain almost nothing. I've seen alot of guys at the gym start out smaller than me and exceed me within a month or two. Its extremely frustrating. Soooo I think that going to start a cycle asapppp. Only hard part is I cant find anyoneeeeee who has anything. All my trails have led to sketchy people who know a friend of a friend and dead ends. I dont even wanna bother with 1000 middle men. Any advice for what to look for/start on for someone who wants to improve size/strength? My goal is to hit a solid 200lbs by early July. Any info is appreciated. I would try asking guys at the gym but most guys at planet fitness arent on gear for the most part and id feel like an idiot having someone tell me to **** off or that they arent on them. Anyways, glad to be a part of this place. -Tim

    welcome to AR.

Food will always be better than supplements,

And your post smacks of fishing for a source.

You won't get a source around here, but there will be plenty of scammers trying to steal your money. So be careful.

    Welcome.

Please take the time to read the board rules..

Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

If you are fishing for a source then that is against board rules, by asking some of the questions your asking you open yourself up to be scammed....

    Matt...
