I am quite surprised, you have to be the first beginner i have seen who has done research and planned a nice looking cycle.

A lot of people would advise you against cycling at your age, however if you have the support of your Doctor and he monitors you throughout your cycle then i see no reason why not.

However, I need to ask, is this a permanent paralysis? If so i doubt AAS would be of much help. However, if you can recover, and i was in your shoes, i could understand the pain you would be going through and i would try anything to be able to walk again.

Have you talked to your doctor about HGH to help with recovery? At your age please do not do HGH without a doctor.

One thing i would change is to add another two weeks to your PCT. I know conventional theory states that 4 weeks is commonplace. However, better safe than sorry. Also 2 SERMS is almost always better than 1.

Also can you post your calories and macro %?

Sorry to hear about your accident bro. I do believe there is another guy that is paralyzed that has thought about cycling. I just remember glimpsing a thread he might have started. Someone might be able to help you with his forum name... maybe he can give you some encouragement.

As for your cycle... it seems like a pretty good first cycle. Your Nolva doesn't need to be so high for the second week. You can get away with 40/20/20/20. I actually have found that 20/20/20/20 works best for me but everyone is different.

You need to fix your diet. You need fast burning carbs after your workout, and you will probably need more calories overall... diet looks a little thin even for a cut.

You will hear that you are too young and your body fat % is too high, but I'm not sure if your situation would veto those.

Keep up the good work and research though... it's obvious you have done a lot.
    Best of Luck

I havent even looked into HGH, but my trainer whos an IFBB pro said it could help with my recovery. The tricky thing with paralysis is everyone is different. You cannot predict anything. I just got my lat muscles back down to my waiste 3 weeks ago. I could walk in a year, or 9 years. Its really about being patient and not losing faith. Also, you only live once and then u go somewhere for eternity which is a verrry long time, so Im going to make the most of my life in this world.

Never loose faith. Look into HGH with your doctor, it does amazing things for recovery, however with paralysis, i have no idea. So talk to your doctor.

you want simple carbs. they digest faster than any complex carbs. i like a bagel and some powerade. i've read the sugar in the powerade can spike insulin levels which acts as a carrier for your amino acids

@ OP: your cycle looks solid man! also playing college ball right now, i can only imagine what you're going through and wish you best of luck in recovery!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but... if you take steroids while being immobile, chances are that you're going to just increase your BF% tremendously. Yes you may gain temporary muscle mass as well, by working out your arms/upper body... but without the ability to complete any sort of lower body conditioning, things will probably not pan out the way you expect them too..

I wish you all the best in your recovery

it will help prevent muscle wasting so i would go for it. dont know if you need that much stuff though. maybe you could get your doc to give you like 200mgs of deca every other week.

If you havent seen it before, check out Nick Scott workout videos. They are intense and he is a wheelchair bodybuilder.

I wish you the best of luck and keep working hard at it. It seems as if AAS may be beneficial in your situation

My cardio will consist of the arm cycle at the gym, a handcycle( bike using the hands to peddle) and swimming, yes I can swim with just my upper body. what im wondering is if there is anything with my diet I need to tweak?

I wouldn't bother doing 500mg/wk of test then. 300 - 350mg/wk should be plenty. Especially w/ the anavar backload.

I'm assuming you'll be injecting into the quads since you can't feel them anyways hey? lol. I guess that would be one hell of a benefit. Painless injections woohooo.

AAS given to sedentary individuals will normally increase LBM and reduce FM. Thats no exercise at all... Ever.

Ummmm.. how do I ask this .. if he's paralyzed from the waist down, does he even need to do PCT ?

  27. #27
My dick still works you sob.

Swifto I understand that deca could be beneficial for muscle wasting, but just because he is paralyzed does not me he cannot have sex. That being said wouldn't deca would destroy his libido thus giving him one more problem to deal with? Or am I completely off on this?
