Hi guys
I am looking at doing my first cycle and have been researching a fair bit lately to try and make sure i will get the best out of it.
My stats:
Age - 23
Weight - 93kg
Height - 193cm
Years training - 5
Bodyfat - not sure on % but reasonably toned
I am thinking of running a 12 week test cyp cycle at 500mg per week with Nolv as PCT as i dont have access to clomid.
If anyone can give me some advice including whether cyp is a good choice to gain strength etc it would be much appreciated. I will post my diet at a later stage once i have made a decision on the cycle.
