First off does anyone remember me?? I don't hardly recognize anyone screen name from when I used the board daily.
I am looking for something that won't affect my endurance/stamina and hopefully increase it.
I run 5+ miles twice a week, ride mx and train MMA. In my previous cycles (years ago) which can be found on here w/ pics I tried to just get big.
I have ran many different things one ata time to see how each reacted.
Equipoise gave me bad shin splints when I ran over 1 mile? Anyone else noticed this?
Whats recommended for endurance with minimal weight gain.
Also I'd love something to help with joints as I have elbow/knee aches quite often. (im gettin old)
