    Back from the dead: Need some advice!

    First off does anyone remember me?? I don't hardly recognize anyone screen name from when I used the board daily.

    I am looking for something that won't affect my endurance/stamina and hopefully increase it.

    I run 5+ miles twice a week, ride mx and train MMA. In my previous cycles (years ago) which can be found on here w/ pics I tried to just get big.

    I have ran many different things one ata time to see how each reacted.

    Equipoise gave me bad shin splints when I ran over 1 mile? Anyone else noticed this?

    Whats recommended for endurance with minimal weight gain.

    Also I'd love something to help with joints as I have elbow/knee aches quite often. (im gettin old)

    Well..... to get help with endurance - you'll want to increase your RBC count. EQ is said to be the best at that but you said it gave you shin splints..... Anadrol is said to doit also but holding water probably isn't an option for you either haha.

    EPO is another option..... however I wouldn't use it unless I was seriously competing in some kind of marathon sport.

    Have you had bloodwork done to find out your test and IGF-1 levels recently?

    I have not had my test or IGF-1 levels tested recently or ever. WOuld a primary physician do this or more of a walk-in lab type place?

    Would increased red blood cells cause the muscle to pump tighter resulting in the shin splint feeling that I got from EQ?

    I have searched on here and found a lot of people recommend it from endurance but I am almost positive it was the eq causing the splint feeling in my shins.

    I'm thinking maybe Test-P and Deca (or something similar) for joints.
    Has deca been successfully used in cutting lean cycles?

    I want minimal water retention results as I have gotten from Prop over any other Test I have tried.

    I really couldnt tell much with the EQ other than vascularity and shin splints/painful pump.

    You may want to look into a test prop and nandrolone phenyl prop cycle..... low water retention and all the joint lube effects of deca.....

    By the way, im 28 yrs old and 179lbs maybe 6-8% bf (very low) abs always visible.

    I weighed 160lbs at 21yrs when i first joined the board and within 3 months was 190. I half ass'ed my pct and then took 6 months to recover and started again, I repeated this cycle for a couple years until 24 or so and have been natural since. I feel that I started to young and messed up my natural test which seems to have been low ever since unless on cycle.

    did you always half ass your PCT?
    How long were you running it for?

    Just sounds to me as if you either havent run a proper PCT or given your body enough time to recover between cycles.

    Cycle 1 10 weeks gained 30lbs to 190lbs
    Sustanon 250
    No PCT
    Lost 20lbs to 170

    Cycle 2 - 12 weeks gained 15lbs to 185lbs
    Dianabol
    Test E
    Equipoise
    No PCT
    Lost 10lbs to 175

    Cycle 3 - 10 weeks gained 30lbs to 205lbs
    Andropen 275
    Tren - stopped due to sides (sleepless, cough)
    Winstrol
    PCT for 2 weeks Chlomid, Nolva
    Lost 15lbs to 190lbs

    Cycle 4 - 8 weeks lost 15lbs to 175
    Test Prop
    Alot of cardio - Running 13 mile races
    Cutting Diet

    Each cycle was roughly a year apart (one a year)
    Those may not be exact but its a good idea of my history.

    I now run 3 times a week at least 5mi each time
    I currently weigh 180. I am fairly lean, all abs show.

    umm, what are you currently running?

    Though obv. recovery times are good. Check out PCT area - help you hold onto you gains.
