    need help with my schedule

    im having a little trouble setting up this split:

    Mon/Sat: legs and delts

    Tues/Thurs: Chest and tri

    Wed/Fri: back and bi

    do you think this split is okay? im trying to think of a way to close the gap between the mon/sat workout and get more of an alternating day split.

    No its overtraining. You dont need to work bodyparts twice a week

    Yep. especially the large muscles.

    You can get away with it for arms/calves and that is about it.

    Train once a week and up the volume, results will come.
