Help Please Cycle Questions!!!

Ok so i am taking Test E 400 for 10 weeks and i am on week 4, and , going to use Anavar 40mg as well.. Not sure when to start them?? should i take them on week five or six and for how long?. Also for my post, i have letro oral liquid and clomid 50mg when do i start those week 7?, and how much and for how long. do i need both or is letro fine? i also have some clembutroul but don't think i realy need it any sugestions??

3 cycles .. 1st one was test E, Anadrol 50 and femirra
2 cycle was Test Omnidrid dbol and nolva
3rd one is this test E 400 anavar and either clomid or letro and have some clem but dont think i need it.
