Hey everyone.
I am not familiar with supps and aas for females and I am hoping a vet or female members can help me out a bit.
Here is the situation. My fiancé works in the medical field and works 12 hour nightshifts. It is beating her up physically and she has gained weight due to not being able to hit the gym like she used too.
She is 5'3 and 180pds. Before you lose your mind let me say she is built like a brickhouse with dd boobs and fieldhockey player legs. She rowed crew in college.
With the help of this site I have helped her fine tune her diet. I'm wondering what her options are for helping her shed fat. She doesn't need any mass. She will continue to do cardio and eat well but in the future what can a woman take to help aid in weight loss.
Also is there anything that won't ramp her up too much. See that is the dillema she can have anxiety easily and I'm worried something that works like clen does for men may make her have a panic attack.
If there are no options I'll continue to help her train and diet. I figured I'd ask you guys because you helped me so much when I first joined.
