this is the one reason why i dont agree with these cdk diets, first off most of the wieght lost is water, there good for the short term, but in the long run, you are difficient in all the essential nutrients your body needs to grow, ie - fibre, waxy maize and sugar ; all these things are needed in the long haul for your health and muscular growth imo...
i would stick to a moderate carb, moderate fat and high pro diet to lose wieght, along with cardio once or twice a day...
