I'm 19 years old, 170.5 lbs and 5'10" tall. I'd like to put on some body mass, and get down below 10% body fat, but I'm lacking the know how when it comes to dieting. Can anybody help me out?
I was thinking about starting an m-drol cycle, but guy on here said its not a good idea, so there goes that out the window! Now, im lost.
