I recently injured my shoulder doing heavy DB Bench going too wide on one of the reps...It's injured in the Bicep Tendon...any advice on healing it? Exercises, supps, anything at all. Thanks!

Been there done that over a year ago. Still hurts, doc want to do mico surgery but I know it will turn into more.
It's 80% now that I started doing LIGHT cable pulls/stretching and the broom stick or strap stretch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNilld58tks&feature=fvw
If I did them even 3x a week it would probably be 99% better but I always forget.![]()
