What methods you guys use to increase your pump and keep pump longer?

ha ya this fina is making me super pumped lol --- I want some ideas on maintaining it longer.
I'm kinda new but is there a reason to keep it? I have always heard that a good pump dosent nessisarily mean growth. But never really heard much about it.
Besides looking good for 20 minutes, does the increase blood volume help in transportaion of proteins and such?

dont know what movie its from but damn funny and true too AT TIMES not ALWAYS lol
anyways when we work out , the blood capillaries reaching the muscle are highly concentrated with blood due to the stress laid upon the muscle. This causes our muscles to enlarge slightly at the time and we get the pump ( I remember I can barely move my biceps after I AM done)
Getting the pump has nothing to do with muscle gains or muscle strength, it only indicates that we have worked our muscle... some people dont get the pump, but still grow.. muscle gains are directly proportional to how heavy we go and did I mention PROPER FORM
I gotta admit I just want the dayum pump for the feel>> But in the past it seemed like I kept pumps a lil longer. Im loosing my pumps within 2 or 3 minutes after each set. But the 2 and 3 min pumps that I am getting off of Fina are stronger than any pump I have ever felt .![]()
maybe yo'ure in better shape now than before. More fit means a stronger parasympathetic system, --> faster recovery
