i am currently increasing my cardio to try and drop my bf% a little..... I am 6'2 200 and maybe 10-13% bf..... once i get the % a little lower, i would like to take fina and some test. I am trying to be cut this summer, and would like to run the test early enough that i can drop the bloat for summer. Roughly how long does it take to drop the bloat from test.. Given that my cardio is on and my diet is clean ??
