    Newbie to the site - not AAS - first cycle.

    Hi Guys,

    So, I am a newbie to the site, but not AAS overall. However, its been well over 5 years since my last cycle.

    In the past, I have done test/A50/win cycles (2 or 3) with some great results. This time around I am looking to take it a bit lighter and looking for some opinions.

    I am currently 27yrs old, 5'9, 172lbs and pretty lean. Been going to the gym routinely for the last year (overall been at the gym for 10 years but on and off but been serious again for about a year).

    I am not looking to bulk up much, but put on another 5-10lbs of muscle while cutting at the same time.

    Here is my plan:

    Test Cyp (250MGs a week for 12 weeks)
    DBOL (25MG ED for the first 4 weeks)
    Winny (50MG ED for the final 4 weeks)
    Novladex as well.

    So, my question is: should I up my test intake? I usually would shoot 500MG a week split up between the week but I am thinking of running a low intake since I am not looking for major results. Just looking to harden up and get more cut.

    What do you think, guys? Again, its been a while since I've done a ton of research and taken anything like this, so any help/guidance is great.

    Also, I know DIETING is important, and believe me, I have that part DOWN!

    Any supplements on top of this cycle would be great as well if you could give me some pointers.

    the test needs too be raised too 500 mg a week and what is ur PCT after this cycle

    A low dose test is fine,

    but studies have shown that you'll need at least 300mg/week for muscle building.

    at 300mg/wk, would you split it up into two shots, or just one? mon/thurs? or just every monday?

    If you're not looking for major results and just want to harden up...you may wanna look into an anavar only cycle. Just my 2 cents...

    Please stop parroting what you head someone else say? There seems to be quite a few newbies recently that keep saying you HAVE to run 500mg test a week.

    Most HRT is 75 - 150 a week so anything more than 200 most people will see results. Granted not HUGE FAST gains but yes results. 250 - 300 is a good solid starting point.

    Yes even at 200 I would split it up 2x a week.
