Dieting is not really new to me a year ago I was over 300 and for 6'4 that was to much so last year I went on my own low carb lost 70 in 6 months but over the winter started gaining, so I said enough started hitting the gym in Febuary and i am about 240 but when i started lifting I was 255, getting to the point I started getting TRT and since then I have adjusted with my own gear but i am trying to eat 1.5 grams per pound were they say I should be at lifting hard 1.5 hours a day...that is 350 grams know I have been eating extremely healthy eating as much protein as possible but never really kept track so today I tried to eat a healthy 350 grams and could not do it here is my list
1/2 pound ground turkey
6 eggs
whey protein 25g twice
2.5 serving tuna/2TBS of lite Mayo
8oz of chicken breast
slice of dbl protein bread
2 small glasses of 1% milk
2 pork chop 4oz each
2 hard boiled eggs
I figure that is about 225 grams and i feel bloated uncomfortable, and the list is everything but not in a particular order and combined order the rest of the food was some fruit rice.... how the hell do i eat more and is it really that necessary, I am not looking to bulk but would like to optimize my TRT and other
