    Clenbuterol and heavy lifting

Because clenbuterol places stress on the heart, should you avoid going really heavy in your lifting whilst on it? Should you stick with lighter weights and avoid pushing max squats / deadlifts etc while on a clen cycle so you don't overstress your heart?

I always do without a problem. I've never felt like my heart would explode on clen.

If you're dosing and cycling clen properly you should be able to lift just as heavy as you would off clen.

Not a problem unless clen is causing your heart to race out of control or skip beats. In that case, get off the stuff.

i personally never had an issue with being on clen and heavy lifting. i continue to max out on squats, bench n power cleans... varying from 5-1reps.. besides, clen has been used by top sprinters that engage in explosive plyometrics and speed work, which is pretty intense to the body yet no issues with the stress on the heart.. reckon u'll be rite..

clen works great shouldn't effect your lifting, it may affect your cardio.

When I was on clen it was harder for me to do cardio. I very rarely do 1 rep max. I mostly do 85% max multiple reps. I didn't like that it was more difficult to catch my breath when doing plyometrics.

agree with that mate. also, it has caused crampings after prolong activity with high intensity.
