Not much I can really add that other newbies haven't added already. I live on the eastern coat on the USA. I am in the NYC area and came across this site trying to find out if steroids increase height in adult males, I never found an answer but then I started reading other topics around this forum.
At that point I looked down at my stomach and kept reading, made my way to the members pictures section and became really inspired to join and do something with myself. After seeing underworldmagics progress in his first three months, the deal was sealed and I joined.
Hopefully he will share his complete diet with me, I did some searching around and didn't see that he listed it anywhere. We pretty much have the same body type so hopefully his diet will work out just fine.
I weight lifted in high school for the last three years, by my last year I was putting up 250 lbs with ease. I am 5' 10" currently, I'd say about 230 - 250 lbs. I suffered from Al Bundy syndrome and kept reliving my high school days that are now long gone! I am currently in my 30's and its time to take control. Its the only way Brittany Spears will have my baby!
Seriously though, this site has plenty of great people and a crap load of info. I've already started working out again, just with dumbells. In two months I went from curling 25 lbs (3 sets: 20-15-12 reps) to now Im currently curling 40 lbs (same sets and reps). The dumbells I have are the only form of weights I own but I wanted to see if I could stick to it before I join a gym. I have also changed my diet drastically and am looking to introduce cardio into my life.
