I'm looking to change up my chest workout routine a lil bit and i dont know if i should stick with my old one.....here is my old routine
Flat bench press barbell or dumbbell ( i switch it every week) 5 x 12 , 10 ,10,8,6
Incline dumbbell ( i only use dumbell cause i have bad shoulders) 4x 12 ,10,10,8
Flat bench flys or incline flys(changes each week) 3x 15,12,12
Decline press 4x 12,10,10,8
....any advice is welcome thanks
