What should my heart beat range be for fat burning ?

Hi Guy's. I am currently doing 60 min's cardio,7 day's per week. 30 min's AM on an empty stomach and 30 PWO. I would say I perform a moderate intensity. I have however just purchased a polar heart rate monitor and would like to know what range of heart beat my heart should be in for the fat burning zone. I am 28 year's old.
    Thank's

Using the karvonan formula would be a good start. Measure your resting heart rate first thing when you wake up in the morning. The formula is 220-age(28)= MHR-RHR=HRR x.65/.7 = ____+ RHR You want to be between 65 and 70% of your maximum heart rate to utilize fat as a primary fuel source. A more accurate heart rate assessment of fat utilization can be obtained using a gas analyzer. If you have a respiratory exchange ratio (RER) of 1.0 then you are using fat as a primary fuel source. Hope this helps.

I am not a huge fan of the different formulas. They automatically penalyze you for age. I am in way better cardiovascular shape than I was 10 years ago. It was also made with the average sedentary individual in mind. Anywhere between 120-140 should work just fine.

    Really. 120-140
When I do cardio I get it up to and maintain between 160-180.
Im at 120-140 when I lift.
    Is this too much?
Am I burning more cals at the higher Heart rate?

i also have a problem with this, my heart rate i think stays alot higher than most doing most exercises. like when i lets say jog my heart stays around at least 150bpm and when i run it goes up to 190ish. there are not alot of cardio things i can do in the range of 120-140. i dont think any excess fat comes into play while im doing these exercises, i consider myself pretty lean.
what things can i do to keep it down, also what would be the negative effects of having it higher?

    age-23
    height-5'9
    weight-170
    bf-around 12%
    resting heart rate -around 60

    220-age(23) = 197

60-75% of 197 is 118-148 HR for fat burning

My sessions are 30-40min. in the morning and 20-30 at nite after I lift.
Goals are to drop BF and get lean.
I am almost done with a 10 week Test E and EQ cycle.

I have droped some bodyfat while on.
And definitley got stronger, but the last 3 weeks it seems to have come to a standstill.
I still get good pumps but do not seem to be getting stronger.
