    mixing water and oil

    Is it ok to mix winny and prop in the same syringe? I read it was.

    What is the proper way to do this and is there any advantage/disadvantages to do this?

    does one have to go before the other or dosent matter, and as long as the vials are swabbed with alcohol first you can use the same pin to draw?
