I have been drinking up to a six pack of 20oz pepsi's for the last few years since my military career ended.
I have decided to do on a weight loss diet and then I want to bulk up with some cycles. (long time from now) I must read and learn alot before I attempt to do so.
I am not too fond of water so is it bad to add just a little of the 0 calories sweetener to some water. Yesterday was the first time I have actually drank pure water in a long time. To tell you the truth it is actually the first morning I have not waken up with the stomach acid taste in my throat.
My stomach always feels hard to the touch even though my belly is huge. I think it is kinda distended.
Will drinking lots of water help with this. I am going to post my diet up in another thread to see what you think.
