    Muay Thai and Hardgaining work out question

    Hey guys I'm starting my hardgaining workout plan next week but since being a hardgainer, I also do Muay Thai Kickboxing about 3 hours a week, is this sufficient for Cardio? how will this effect my training? should I stay of Muay Thai and gain some solid weight first or?

    I would just raise your calorie intake ....stats and how much calories do you intake per day?
