Pain in my shoulder joint 1 day after Bench/Military Press?

Please help. Thats really weird and frustrating. I go to the gym ,bench press or military press heavy weights without any pain or discomfort. I spend the rest of the day just fine. Next day when I wake up ,my shoulder joint starts gradually to give me burning and deep pain. It doesn't hurt alot , but I can feel the pain.

I started to think ,maybe because I sleep on my delts , but it happens after pressing day.

I know this isn't a good way to get diagnosed. But maybe someone can give me a hint before I go blindfold to a doctor.

    I am on Madcow 5x5. So I bench heavy 2X a week.

    Should I give up benching??

Only if it's an overuse issue, you could have something like tendonitis in your shoulder, I'm not a doctor though. I used to have bad tendonitis in my shoulder and I just kept lifting through the pain, but eventually it caught up with me and I couldn't press anything for a couple months even if I wanted to (and I wanted to)

idk what you do but maybe try same amount of sets but more reps (lighterweights) and see if it hurts on bench, unless u do that on the other 3 days or workout. try different work out methods till u target the sorce would be my opinion
