Heavy Chest/Tricep Day early last week.
Everything was going well,strength was through the roof finished my chest work & moved on to tri's.
Started with cable push downs did half the stack for the first set & it just felt too light,so next set i tried full stack & did 12 reps.Wasnt easy but kept form for 3 sets. Anyway wake up the next morning to discover my abs were very sore obviously cause i was using them to stabilize my body during the push downs.
That went away after a couple of days but theres been a consistent pain when seated or if i touch the area.But it doesnt hurt when training which is weird.
The sore area is below my right pec & pretty much 4" or so to the right in the rib area,i dont know what i've done.
