Hi, I am 19 years old, im 6'3 and only 177 pounds. i wanted to get some help on a good calorie count i need for each day to gain weight, and how much protein, carbs, etc i need each day so i can put on some weight, thanks

protein- 1-2grams per pound 177 x 1 to 2 = 177grams - 354 grams
carbs- 2-3grams per pound 177 x 2 to 3 = 354 - 531 grams
calories.....177 x 15-17 = 2665 - 3009 calories a day.
I say go up to 3500 calories a day....if that doesn't work eat more!
Almost forgot.....make sure they're clean calories! Not junk or crap food!!!
