    First pic of jammergsxr,need opinions!

    I could use some honest opinions,going into 4th week of EQ and winny cycle.Would like to know how my definition is coming and if I have any potential!5ft.11 187pds...going for 200

    the back is lacking. traps,lats--you have along ass torso though

    the only thing i can see on the front shot is that rug on your chest,

    need some better picks, but from the distance it looks as if you have a good base to start with.

    jammer, of course you got potential bro! Your BF is good, you just need to bulk up...keep training hard and make sure your diet is on par! Good luck and from the pics, I'd just say not to forget your rear delts.

    I'm gonna post some better pics March1 if we all do this AR competition.My delts are really lagging,My sore subjects are chest and shoulders.I have these long ass arms and I'm double jointed as well so Bench press is just embarrassing for me!But what the hell ya gonna do "Quiting is not an option"Thats what I keep telling myself anyway.
