    Pain in wrist

Back in about oct 2009 i ended up busting up my hand good. Ended up breaking i guess the pinkey and ring finger.. Never went to a doc. Delt with the pain a few weeks. Healed sh*ty. I know dumb on my part. But since then my wrist has been giving me pain like crazy curling or doing things where my wrist twists. continuous popping with weight on it... Tried wrapping it etc still pops and crap... No idea. Hate doctors... So idk what else to really do....

you have to get a MRI scan to see the damage, and you work your way from there.

Insurance should cover at least a part of it. Have the doc look at it, see what tests he wants to run, then you can call your insurance company and see what they will cover. If it is a medical necessity they will usually cover it. If you haven't used up your deductible, then you will be on the hook for that amount at minimum.

What do you guys think if he uses lifting straps ? it will take off some stress but if your going heavy then it will get worse because your pulling on your wrist with the straps.

I don't think lifting straps will do anything for him when he is curling. That is when he feels the popping and the pain.
