How do refills work?

I ask because I am 5 weeks into my trt vial and the contents are slightly less than half, doc didn't put a refill on the script, do you guys call him when you run out? Also if at 200mg a week with a 10ml vial, you should last 10 weeks right? how come I am at less than half? Is it the test that is still left in the needle after injecting that creates this discrepancy?

You're probably less than half because you've been withdrawing a little more than 200mg each week (maybe 210mg or 220mg, I dunno). Either that or they short changed you when you got the bottle ... It is what it is.

If the script shows "0 Refills", then obviously YES call your doc, or email, or whatever your protocol is to refill prescriptions.

if you draw with seperate pins than what you inject with than you loose test in the pins....i found in my case using 18g pins to draw then 23g to inject i loose about 1ml for every 10ml vial....just my 2 cents.....

You don't have to lose anything. Draw some B12 first, then draw your 1cc of test. Before switching out the needle, pull all the way back so that you get every drop out of the larger needle. Switch the needle, prime it to the top, inject the needle, aspirate, inject the meds ... Your done.

just a question: why use a larger guage to draw it, switch the needle and inject? I use a 23g and have zero problems drawing and injecting test cyp? it seems like switching needles is a unnecessary step? what are the pro's to switching? thanks

Switch the needle bro. You dull the needle when you draw. It will go in easier and hurt less not to mention it will be more sterile! Using a different gauge to draw with is so that you can draw faster.

Never tried it with anything else ... Suppose bac water could do the trick if needed. The B12 is bright red and lighter than the oil, so they do stay separated. Unless you have some allergy condition or something, I highly recommend looking at the B12 before anything else.
