    Question ** Advise on 1st cycle please **

    Hi guys, I am planning on starting my first cycle soon.
    I don't know much about roids so I just have a few questions,
    They guy im looking to buy them off says its a 5 week cycle,
    He is getting them off his friend and does not know the name of what I am getting so I am abit puzzled.
    Firstly, I am around 14stone, 6"2, Most my weight is in my tummy area.
    I want to get more ripped then big if anything.
    Any ideas what I should be taking?
    I have been training on/off for the last year and plan on going the gym 5-6 days a week when I start my first cycle, Eat lots of protein and what not.......
    Any help would be great thank you

    Do some research, dude.

    Don't take or purchase something that you don't know exactly what it is. Geez! Isn't that common sense?

    Exactly! research about proper diet and nutrional information. Steroid don't burn fat. Cardio, weight training, diet and rest and supplementaion are some things to look up.

    How old are you?

    Steroids are not recommended for someone who has not reached or is near the natural limit. You just started training on/off last year. You need to put a couple of years into training with the proper diet before you ever consider steroid use. Without proper diet and training in order, the steroids will not give you the gains you desire, and you will not be able to keep them when you're off.

    What kind of PCT do you have planned for this unknown cycle??

    I'm not expecting it to burn fat, I have six day programme scheduled.
    I have been doing a low carb high protein diet for the last year or so as I said on/off. This summer I am planning to work full time at this as I have been let go from work and am going to work at it full time.

    I'm 22, I started training last year but I have been playing soccer since I was 7. As far as diet goes I have been doing a low carb high protein diet, As I said I have been going to gym on most weeks 5-6 days a week. I have noticed gains as far as strength and power goes,
    I have also toned up a fair bit but not to what I desire.
    I take 2-3 Whey protein shakes a day on training days and One on days off,
    I also use Creatine to.....

    Forget steroids you need to sort your diet out<
    Dont buy anything from your friends, it sounds dodgy<
    Head over to the diet section and sort your diet out and build ssome natural muscle over the next couple of years, steroids are not for you at this stage your to young and dont have any base or understand enough about what you want to take.

    My honest advice to you is hold off on using steroids. If you rush things you'll likely regret it. Spend as much time as you can reading up and ask questions if you get stumped. btw getting ripped means loosing fat, and as echoed above it's got a lot more to do with what you eat than anything else.
