You will have to try a few combo's and protocols to find out which one suits you better, some PCT compounds are harsh on the system so starting with the basic's and seeing how you recover will help you find out which one is best for you and your recovery. PCT section is a good place to start

1) find a local source
2) "try" get a prescription from a doctor
3) Top right banner on this site www.ar-r.com many guys from Australia have order Nolva and Clomid and recieved their orders with out any custom issues. So i would give it a try. This is probably the best option because PCT in Aus can be fairly expensive!
