ok i am back in the gym after not being in there for 2 years now i am trying to lose the body fat, and am eating properly my goal is to lose the body fat and then when i get to desiriable body fat and weight i will bulk up once again.....my question is this i am trying to do cardio 2 times per day once in the a.m doing the bike for 30 mins and the eliptical for 25-30 then in the afternoon after my workout again either the bike or the eliptical for another 30 mins is that too much cardio? i used to only do cardio for 20 mins or so now i am trying to get the pounds to fly off of me... please help....thanks![]()
