could delt injects cause pain in Shoulder/bi/forearm

about 5 weeks ago I started my first cycle test cyp/dec twice a week, first week or so was strickly glute but moved to delt primarily front delt well i have noticed my shoulder forearm bicep ache all the time.. when i do a slight flex it feels really tight in the forearm bicep (not like a good pump) but it hurts. I did have tennis/golfer elbow about 2 months ago got cortizone shots felt better within 2 weeks of injections....Is it possible that the pins could be causing the pain..or is the tennis/golfer elbow coming back..

    thank you

It could be coming back from lifting..
Doubt it'd be the shots though.
Perhaps see a doctor if its still worrying you?

ive tennis elbow for 15yrs, it comes and goes and looks like it will stay tht way. ive had ache throught my bi's after delt injects before, but only with prop and sust, and only lasting an hour or so. i'd say the elbows are to blame. ice them for 10mins every two hours and you will find this settles it quickly within a few days

I wouldn't inject into the front delts. Inject the mid delt. You have bicep tendons that travel up near the front delt. Localized swelling there could be causing the shoulder and bicep pain. I shot front delts a while back and couldn't stand the pain. Mid and rear, no problem.

LOL, I can't inject it myself, I have my wife do it for me. The rear delt is smaller then the mid, so I never go more then 1-1/2 CC there. I can put 3cc into the mid delt.

with the arm you are injecting with lay your tri on a table, bed, countertop... in front of your chest and then lean down into the counter. works well for lats too.

I thought I hit a nerve in my delt once due to pain in my bi when I raised my hand over my head. It ended up that I slightly tore my bi a few days before and did not make the connection. are you sure that there is a direct cause and result from aas injection?

middle delt is easy to apirate...pretend like your doing a concentration curl and lean foward and lay your arm on the same side leg and its pretty simple and easy from there...easiest spot for me.
