what are some good options, of pre workout meals to consume?
me. Chicken breast and rice, while driving to the gym I have a shake, after workout half a chicken and a shake.
breakfast.... 2 eggs , 6 egg whites, half cup oatmeal
I workout at 5:30am, so my pre-workout meal at 4:30am is 3 whole eggs, a protein blend shake, and 1 cup of oats.
i usually go with 2 cups of skim milk 1 scoop of whey and a 4-5 ounce banana with some crushed ice
