how to heal acne scars ???

well my back is healed now but i have tons of scars.

any idea how to get rid of the acne scars ??? chem peal ?? otc products

ill be going to a dermatoligist soon but want to do as much as i can on my own.

I'm not sure of anything otc or easy to do, but I work with a girl that's been going in for micro-dermabrasion every other week. It seems like it's a very slow process but you can at least see change.

look in to getting a co2 fraxel laser treatment. it removes acne scarring and can remove or reduce stretch marks.

This mite sound a bit random but Bio Oil is avaible from most stores its mainly for strech marks but really helps with scarring.
