I really need a diet for me to live with I have two children age 9 and 10 that live with my and im a single dad so I to cook for them as well as me. I try to eat healthy and they benefit from it also. If you look in my frig you will find grapes turkey burger strawberry's, Low fat feta cheese low fat mozzarella, 98% FF ham and turkey sandwich meat. I use wheat bread pasta and tortilla. Eggs 2% milk diet Green tea, and fish. Any help you can give my to get over this hump of being tired and not gaining much. I have been doing the P90X workout religiously for 2 mounths but went to every other day to give my self a break. I have lost weight but still have fat in my chest(tits) and my gut, on my back above my hips and on my pelvic bone. I cant get rid of it. So I need to put on muscle and take off fat from the last place it does not want to come off.
