    Underweight and pissed off

    Hey guys

    Spent a while lurking around the forums, doing some reading and what not. Decided to join and post based on the fact everyone seemed nice and really helpful

    So this is me.

    6''2 or something tall, and 65kg. Pounds thats what, 120lb?

    Im very very underweight and tiny. I must have about 5% body fat.

    However, im no bitch, and i take shit from no one, but sometimes i think it would be really nice to have people think "i shouldn't give him any trouble..." You know what i mean?

    I guess what im here to ask is, what do i do?! I really have no idea and in this multi billion dollar a year industry, there is so much information out there, you end up as lost as when you started.

    Basically i wanna put on weight, and get more cut. More definition. I really don't know what to do

    Welcome! First off 65 kg is 143lbs..

    What's your diet and training like?

    Currently i have no set diet at all

    And don't train at all

    I want to start now, but don't know where to go, what to take, what to eat, how or what to train...

    Well I would suggest to search for bigginer training programs and start with that.. Maybe 3 days a week to start. Have you joined a gym of anything yet? Also go to the diet section in the forum and have a good read about what and how much you should be eating. Read the sticky articles they should really help as diet it very important.

    Grab a pen and take notes if you have to

    Then read through the rest of the diet stickies. After them you should have an idea on how to make a diet. Also join a gym and get to work.

    nothing new that i can add but just reinforcing that your diet will be the key to your success,and welcome to the board.

    Second the diet and gym advice. You might find you make some nice gains pretty quickly starting out.
