Help with sus 250 & deca 300

Hi

I am on my second course and am taking 2 shots a week, with 1ml of sust 250 and half a ml of deca 300 in each, so in total 500 of sust & 300 of deca a week!

Is this ok?

also for therapy i have just hcg and tamox is this enough?

I took just clomid and tamox last time but carnt get any clomid at all now been tryin for 6mnths.

hope to hear from you soon i am only stuck because i have been told alot of different things and want to make sure i get it right.

i am 29, 5'11 and about 10 n half stone, not sure about bf% i am skinny lol but well defined. i have been training for about 6 years.
I took a course last year and listened to a m8 who i thought new how to do it properly but didnt take correct doses, so want to get it right this time.
I only started yestday with 1ml sus and half ml of deca 300 in same jab and was going to do this every 3 days.

is this sounding any good?

Many say sust should be injected ed or eod but every 3 days isn't the end of the world...

Id be more concerned with your diet, i would go to the diet forum and post your current diet...

If you dont have a solid diet then aas are pointless, you should be consuming between 3000 and 4000 cals a day and once your weight goes up so should you calorie intake...
