    Self injections

So when on test injections for TRT do they give you a choice if you can inject yourself at home or have you go to the clinic and have them do it?
Seems like I have heard of both.

Both are done, at home is the only acceptable way.

Most of the local clinics around here prefer to do it in office, that way they charge for the shot and the visit. I drive two hours one way to mine, so it is not realistic to go in weekly. I told them my mom is an RN and let her show me how. However, it is kinda of hard to give them to yourself in the glute. Quad works great. Calf hurts and notts up for too long...

I've heard at home is the best becuase you have more control over the frequency and staying up on your levels.

Just did my first shot today, it was easy! My hand was trembling pretty badly when I was doing it, so probably a bit rougher than the norm, but it was a cinch. I shot in the quad.
