My goal is a clean bulk and I'm eating roughly 500cals above my tdee.

30g of sugar free natural musli or oats

170g grilled chicken or steak
Small portion of sweet potato or brown rice
Large salad with viniger and 1 tbs olive oil

Casien shake
2tbs natural peanut butter
5g glutamine
