    Cut diet on cycle..Pls help!

    Hello all!

    Age 25
    Height 1.78
    Weight 176lb (80kg)
    Bf 13%

    Cycle
    1-9 anavar 40mg/day
    3-9 Testo P 300mg week

    Workout
    Monday morning: cardio Evening: legs
    Tuesday: Chest-Triceps
    Wednesday: Cardio
    Thursday: Back-Biceps
    Friday: Shoulders

    Goal: Lose fat around 9% BF and improve body composition with lean mass.

    My diet are based on 240gr of protein, 40gr of fat and 250gr of charbo from monday to saturday. Sunday doubled carbohydrates to 500gr.


    Can this be a good diet for my pourpose? Many thanks

    Kind of a strange cycle - what's the point of delaying the prop until week 3? Also, 300mg a week sounds kind of low. Anyway, sounds like you're here for diet advice and not cycle advice, so...

    Before anybody can answer your question, we need to see the diet posted! Put up your diet with all macro info - protein/carbs/fat/calories and we can critique it from there.

    Ok this is my tipical day diet:

    8am 40gr isolated whey protein + 350ml 0fat milk + 50gr kellogs + 1gr omega 3-6

    10.30am 100gr of chicken + 20gr almonds + 50 gr whole bread

    1pm 250gr chicken + 50gr whole rise + 10gr extra virgin oil + veggies

    4pm 100gr chicken + 50 gr whole bread (without sea salt) + 10gr evo + 1 gr omega 3-6

    6pm workout
    7.30-8pm post wo 50gr vitargo + 40 gr isolate whey

    9.30pm 150gr tuna 0 fat + 10gr evo + 1gr omega 3-6 + veggies

    12pm 40gr protein blend ( micellar casein-whey-egg)

    Total 250gr carbohydrates 240-250gr protein 43gr fat Total 2387 kcal
