Tuesday: Chest-Triceps
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Back-Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Goal: Lose fat around 9% BF and improve body composition with lean mass.
My diet are based on 240gr of protein, 40gr of fat and 250gr of charbo from monday to saturday. Sunday doubled carbohydrates to 500gr.
Can this be a good diet for my pourpose? Many thanks
