Im 5foot 8 and 185pounds and it seems if i sit down to fast or get up to fast my hamsting kinda cramps up until i go back to my pervious position. I dont think its serious or anything just wondering is there any way to make it go away. I have tried to increase my potassium but it hasnt helped. Do i need to strech more? my leg work out consistes of
squats
hack squats
leg press
knee extension
leg curles
