    Hamsting problems

    Im 5foot 8 and 185pounds and it seems if i sit down to fast or get up to fast my hamsting kinda cramps up until i go back to my pervious position. I dont think its serious or anything just wondering is there any way to make it go away. I have tried to increase my potassium but it hasnt helped. Do i need to strech more? my leg work out consistes of

    squats
    hack squats
    leg press
    knee extension
    leg curles

    do at least 20mins of cardio to warm up your legs and some dynamic stretches.. also, have sufficient magnesium throughout the day.. hope that helps..
