quad injection pain

im on pct now so its not something im dealing with currently but on my last cycle of sust at 1 g per week when i did a quad injection it would put me out of commision for a week where i could barely even walk...ne one lese have this experience. i know i injected to much but i thought i could prolly handle it .... i was very wrong. My leg was very swollen for about a week. What did i do wrong i followed a very popular injection site page also

How much would you typically pin in your quad at once?

I shoot all over my quads and rarely have problems, I can hit the upper outside or most of the top part of either quad. It may have been the gear giving you a problem.
