    Exclamation new

    im new, im 29 i used to be a 3 sport athlete. im trying to get into the shape i used to be in at 17 when i had 9% bodyfat now at 29 im at 21% sad i know. i used to have a cycle set for me buy a friend but we lost contact over time now im not sure what to do because it was always laid out for me. so i guess i need some advise i like my size at 240 and 5'6 just want to lose the fat and keep the muscle but who doesn't thanx for the help

    Head to the diet section and get your eating habits right. Understand the concept of losing weight with the right foods before considering drugs.

    at 5'6 and 240 i would have to imagine your alot more then 21%bf. I'm also 5'6 Right now you need to put a cycle on hold and work on dropping the bf first

    Cycling with that kind of bodyfat % greatly increases your chances of nasty side effects. Diet will drop weight quicker than steroids will.
