    when could i do cardio???

    i have a really busy schedule and not sure when i can add cardio in. im running a 10 week test e cycle and just started week 3...... not sure if that matters.

    i know the best time for fat loss is first thing in the morning on empty stomach but i dont have the chance. so here is my schedule with summer school can someone help find the best time to do cardio

    8:15am wake up and eat breakfast
    9-11am class
    11am eat again
    11:30-1:00 break (maybe this is a good time but i dont know with my meals so close to cardio or is that not a big deal?)
    1:30 eat again
    2-4pm class
    4-5:30 workout and abs post workout protein
    6-8pm class
    830 eat again
    1130 eat before bed


    i eat alot but my diet in in check im just naturally a hungry person i guess.... im trying to cut fat and gain some lean muscle on this cycle. so i want to do some good cardio i just dont know when with my meals and classes is the best time. or should i skip a meal for cardio somewhere?? and how long of cardio should i be doing in order to loose some fat around the belly. im probably 12-15% bf right now but want to drop those last few pounds while on cycle

    Maybe just get up a bit earlier and do 20-30 mins a couple times a week or if you have time do it after your weights routine

    is 20-30 minutes a few times a week enough to help cut while on cycle? i could probably try that. for some reason i was thinking i needed 45 or so 3-4 times a week

    Well everyone is different so I'd start with that and if you're still unhappy you could add more sessions. I like to do my cardio in 30 min sessions that works for me. How many days a week do you do weights? Another idea is to do cardio on rest days and on the weekend.

    I say goto bed a little earlier.. Do wake up a 0630 and bang out 30 min of intervals or high paced cardio. that way you burn more calories in the long run & speed up your motabolism if you want to cut. At the end of that busy day your not going to want to do that long run. best in the morning I say
