well im starting my first course on steroids,
im 21 years of age,
im 6ft 3,
14 stone,
and of an average build and have been working out for around a year
with no serious gains.. ive tried lots of supplements and cant see hardly any
results ive gained around half a stone in a year lol.. pathetic.
ive decided to do a 12 week test e course shooting 250mg twice a week
monday and thursday and for the first 6 weeks running 30mg yellow Dbol daily.
as for PCT ive decided to run it like this.
of course starting 14 days after administrating my last injection.
Day 1 - 300mg
Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day
my diet is going to consist of stupid amounts of chicken breast, tuna, brown rice, pasta, steak...
some of you may laugh at this but im also going to be stocking up on baby food to keep the nurtients at a high.
obviously ill have to set myself a real schedule for my meals because i want to know what im eating all day as soon as i wake up for my calorie/protien/carb count.
gym wise im going to be hitting it as hard as i possibly can 5 days a week
i have no set routine yet but again this is something i want on a schedule..
im not sure wether to go down the one muscle a day route or just to kill myself with a full body workout daily but im worried i could be burning the candle at both ends there.
i just thought id post this here to see if there is anything i have missed or any advice anyone can give me would be much appreciated!
