I am wondering what is recommended for pwo #'s. Currently I have been doing 50g dex/26g whey. I know everyone recomends 2 to 1 ratio. And obviously whatever the pwo #'s they need to account into total daily macros. Just wondering, should I up the pw0 meal, say 80dex/40whey, more/less, whats the rule of thumb for proper and optimal pwo macros.
