    Looking for critique of diet

Just looking for any advice or comments on my diet.
    21 y.o.
    192 lbs
    5'10
    BF ~12.5%
    Test enth 600 mg/week, arimidex .5 mg/day.

Trying to get my BF down while bulking, so far its going well and I don't think the test has really kicked in yet. I dieted down from 210lbs starting in March. Didn't want to shed too much too fast because last year I ended up losing muscle. Here's a sample of my daily intake, vegetables change according to whats on sale.

Wake up, ECA stack and 45-60 minutes cardio

Meal One: 4 whites 1 whole egg, one slice American cheese, handful of chopped onion, two slices Arnold rye bread (or half cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of mashed peanuts)

Meal Two: 100g chicken breast, 1/2 c oatmeal, handful of chopped green pepper

    (hour later) ECA stack

    Meal Three: 1/4 c oatmeal before I leave for the gym. mid/post: 8oz powerade, 5g glutamine, 5g BCAA, (mid-workout) 2 scoops whey, 1/4 oatmeal, 5g creatine (post)

Meal Four: 100g chicken breast, 1 slice american cheese, two slices of tomato, one whole onion slice, 2 slices of potato bread (3 fat, 36 carb, 6 pro)

    ECA stack

Meal Five: 100g chicken breast, 1/4 oatmeal

Meal Six: 100g chicken breast, a slice am cheese, handful onion, lettuce, tomato and green pepper in a whole wheat tortilla

Meal Six: 5 egg whites, handful of chopped onion, 1/2 c oatmeal, 1tbsp mashed peanuts

    40-60 minutes cardio

Meal Seven: 4 scoops whey, 1 or 2 bananas, 1 tbsp mashed peanuts, 8 oz of almond milk

Meal seven I drink 1/4 right before bed, and three times when I get up during the night to pee.

Two hours between every meal, including the snacks during the middle of the night. Minimum three gallons of water a day, not including what I use in shakes etc. I usually throw in an animal pak as well somewhere during the day. And a ZMA supp if I can afford to sleep the 10hrs it knocks me out for.

    My main questions are:
if the cheese is hurting me enough to take it out? (its my last vice)

What I could eat during the night instead of whey? I'm too broke to buy any other protein supplements (I get my whey cheap) and the time it takes to eat solid food wakes me up too much to eat in the middle of the night. Raw egg whites maybe?

Don't think the cardio in the morning is hurting me since I had a middle of the night meal 2 hours prior, but I'd like to know what everyone else thinks.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

Wake up, ECA stack and 45-60 minutes cardio

Meal One: 4 whites 1 whole egg, one slice American cheese, handful of chopped onion, two slices Arnold rye bread (or half cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of mashed peanuts) I'd stick have 2-3 whole eggs and 6-8 egg whites - 1 cup of Oatmeal always, no peanuts or cheese. Get your fat from the eggs here.

Meal Two: 100g chicken breast, 1/2 c oatmeal, handful of chopped green pepper Maybe use green onions instead but if that's an issue, the peppers don't have too much sugar to be a big problem

    (hour later) ECA stack

Meal Three: 1/4 c oatmeal before I leave for the gym. mid/post: 8oz powerade, 5g glutamine, 5g BCAA, (mid-workout) 2 scoops whey, 1/4 oatmeal, 5g creatine (post) Ok this is a mess bud. Have 1 cup of oatmeal and 40g of lean protein before the gym. Sip on bcaas in water during, cut the powerade. Post workout, I'd also up the carbs, to 1/2 cup.

Meal Four: 100g chicken breast, 1 slice american cheese, two slices of tomato, one whole onion slice, 2 slices of potato bread (3 fat, 36 carb, 6 pro) If you like sandwiches that's cool, but ur obviously serious enough about BB to use steroids, I think you can skip potato bread and cheese bro... eat a better carb source, even that rye from breakfast would suffice but I'd say brown rice, brown pasta, lentils, quinoa, or sweet potato.

    ECA stack

Meal Five: 100g chicken breast, 1/4 oatmeal Don't be afraid of carbs just yet, we'll remove them entirely in some of the following meals. Have 1/2 cup of oats.

Meal Six: 100g chicken breast, a slice am cheese, handful onion, lettuce, tomato and green pepper in a whole wheat tortilla A better carb source would be nice.

Meal Six: 5 egg whites, handful of chopped onion, 1/2 c oatmeal, 1tbsp mashed peanuts add 1-2 whole eggs. No peanuts.

    40-60 minutes cardio

Meal Seven: 4 scoops whey, 1 or 2 bananas, 1 tbsp mashed peanuts, 8 oz of almond milk 2 scoops is plenty, no bananas (sugar late in the day is a bad idea is your trying to cut).

Meal seven I drink 1/4 right before bed, and three times when I get up during the night to pee. Huh?

Two hours between every meal, including the snacks during the middle of the night. Minimum three gallons of water a day, not including what I use in shakes etc. I usually throw in an animal pak as well somewhere during the day. And a ZMA supp if I can afford to sleep the 10hrs it knocks me out for.

    My main questions are:
if the cheese is hurting me enough to take it out? (its my last vice) Yeah, you're on aas man, u can live without it and put the cals to better use.

What I could eat during the night instead of whey? I'm too broke to buy any other protein supplements (I get my whey cheap) and the time it takes to eat solid food wakes me up too much to eat in the middle of the night. Raw egg whites maybe? Casein or cottage cheese.

Don't think the cardio in the morning is hurting me since I had a middle of the night meal 2 hours prior, but I'd like to know what everyone else thinks. Fasted cardio is fine, I'd have some bcaas though

    Any advice will be appreciated.
If you really wanna get the most of your cycle, I need your bmr/tdee and macros for each meal - but i've cleaned up your diet a lot. Implement changes asap.

Thanks I appreciate the input, I'll calculate my BMR/TDEE tomorrow when I get a chance and post it.

One concern about eliminating the bread and cheese is that on meals when I don't take them in, I'm starving within 20 minutes of the meal. I can deal with hunger pains but I feel like being so hungry for an hour and a half isn't a good thing. But I already started cutting out the potato bread, and the cheese I'll ditch tomorrow and throw in more whole eggs.

Yeah, you're hungry because you have very little fiber. Try to eat 6 cups of fibrous green vegetables (brocolli for example) throughout the day with meals and whenever you're hungry. Also, if you're hungry, just eat more lean protein. Unlike excess saturated fat and carbs, it won't really hurt you to have an extra chicken breast or 2.

I'm watching the Milos Sarcev video right now, gonna redo my whole plan. I've always kept my protein up high enough but my carb timing is crap. Reworking the whole thing today.

Good to see someone willing to put in work. You'll be blown away by the gains a good diet can yield with or without gear.
