    Arrow 18 and advise needed !!!

    i know this may not be the right forum to post on but its the one that i feel i will get replies on and advise quickly.
    been weight liftin 2 years, started off not knowing alot and probaly overtraining and my diet wasnt in check until about a year ago got a proper training programme and diet etc. train 3 days per week at the moment split muscle group and eat about 4-5 high protean meals a day and have 2 shakes a day. i feel like i have not changed in the slightest for about 8 months not putting on anyweight etc, and even before than i changed only slightly. im training harder than ever always try keep a good diet. sleeping 8-10 hours each night.

    You need to eat more. at 6ft you should be weighing much more. at your age you dont need steroids you need a diet.

    i have a fairly good diet like today wake up
    meal 1 - 10:00 - 5 scrambled eggs,tin baked beans, slice brown break
    meal 2 - 12:00 - 2 whole chicken breasts with brown pasta and banana
    trained legs today at 1:00
    meal 3 - 2:00 - 28g whey protean and apple
    meal 4 - 3:00 - tin tuna with brown pasta
    meal 5 - 6:00 - turkey leg with potatoes and brocoli
    and before i go bed il have another shake with some grapes
    i generally eat every 2 - 3 hours and good quality meals to
    i have tried alot of supplements and dont feel anything.
    at the moment im on l-glutamine,zma,and tribulus

    this doesn't really mean much why don't you list your individual macros for your daily diet per meal

    If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. It's really quite simple.

    monday:chest-bicep
    chest
    1.flat bench press 4 sets
    2.dumbell flies 3 sets
    3.incline bench press 3 sets
    4. cable crossovers 3 sets
    bicep
    1.arm curls 3 sets
    2.seated hammer curls 3 sets
    3.close grip 21s one set

    wednesday back-tricep
    back
    1.lat pull downs 4 sets
    2.bent over bar bell rows 3 sets
    3.close grip seated cable rows 3 sets
    4.deadlifts 3 sets
    tricep
    1.hmm the one where your seated with a dubbell behind ur head 3 sets
    2.cable pressdowns 3 sets
    3.50 dips

    friday: shoulders - legs
    shoulders
    1.rear shoulder bar bell press 4 sets
    2.hmm not sure of name but almost similar movement as flies but stood up 3 sets
    3.arny press 3 sets
    4. front shoulders 3 sets
    5.shrugs 4 sets
    sometimes abit of rear delt
    legs
    squats 5 sets
    calf raises 3 sets
    my workouts are intence and i try to pyramid my reps from 12 down to 6-8

    He meant to list how many grams you're getting of protein/carbs/fats. We can't tell by listing your diet how all of that sorts out.

    But it really doesn't matter. As I said in my previous post, if you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough, or eating enough of the right thing.

    learn how to count calories, see the videos in the diet section. your young, have patience, it wont come over night
