Anyone experienced in training will know that you have to use your mind while working out, putting mind in the muscle, listening to body etc etc...
With this you vary training days, reps, sets, exercises etc determining how your body feels at the moment..
What I need to know is how to apply your instincts to nutrition
Im so used to couting macronutrients, fitday, weighing and measuring foods etc..
BUT, Ive read in too many places that you also need to use your instincts when it comes to nutrition as well and not follow a strict diet..
Same comes with sleeping
Anyone explain me this and how to do this?
