    Instinctive Dieting "how"

    Anyone experienced in training will know that you have to use your mind while working out, putting mind in the muscle, listening to body etc etc...

    With this you vary training days, reps, sets, exercises etc determining how your body feels at the moment..

    What I need to know is how to apply your instincts to nutrition

    Im so used to couting macronutrients, fitday, weighing and measuring foods etc..

    BUT, Ive read in too many places that you also need to use your instincts when it comes to nutrition as well and not follow a strict diet..

    Same comes with sleeping

    Anyone explain me this and how to do this?

    what if your cutting?

    what if its just cravings?

    what if youre bulking and not hungry?

    - I make sure to eat a clean meal of chicken and brocolli or something if I'm hungry and cutting.

    - Again, I just eat a clean pro/veg low-cal meal to make the cravings go away rather than entertain them.

    - I've never 'bulked' in my life BUT if I figured out a certain TDEE and intended on going 300-500 over it but wasn't hungry, I'd just get it down anyway.
